Florally White

Hello peeps,

The day has finally dawned for my first blog post! I cannot contain the excitement while typing these thoughts gushing in my mind backed with feelings pouring straight from my heart. It feels like a dream come true for me with my blog going live in full swing today. Before I actually start talking about my look I would first like to give you an idea about what got me into blogging and what makes my blog stand out from the rest.

Right from styling and designing clothes for my barbies in childhood till date following the suit for myself and my friends - fashion has been passion for me always. Being from the humanities field my love for writing has evolved over the years. These combined with the blogging experience I have had as a social media personnel is what has led to the birth of StyleNV.

My styling is going to be something that you and me can 'actually adopt' while we head out to college, work, brunch, dinner, party or even shopping for that matter. While it would look stunning on me in my pictures, I assure it would look equally fab on you when you give it a try. I recommend you adding a personal touch to the looks I put up as that will help you define your personality better.

Without further ado I will head straight to my look. I am wearing a super cute midnight blue cropped topped from Nuon (Westside) with a solid white pant from Oxygen (Central). Having a solid white pant in your wardrobe is a must these days, one because they are 'in', two because you could pair it with almost any coloured crop top, blouse, maxi top, formal wear and yet rock the look.

Coming to the accessories without which this look would be a 'just another look', the layered tribal necklace is from one of my most favourite brand Splash. Why wear a single layer neck piece when a multiple layered one can take your look a couple of notches higher? This one does just that for me. The dainty layers prevent the whole look from going over the board.

The chic shades from MacV Eyewear, white strapped flats from Head Over Heels (Westside) and the classic black sling from Splash act as a cherry on the cake for my look. They help me put together this edgy cum retroish cum sleek look.

Let me know in comments what do think about the winged black liner and white nail colour?
